How can I pay? TOP
All payments are processed through Paypal. How will my order be shipped? TOP
We ship most orders via United States Postal Service (Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation). If you require overnight or two-day guaranteed shipping, just let us know and we'll calculate shipping charges accordingly. Larger orders (including wholesale) may be shipped via UPS Ground, if it is a less expensive option.
How long will it take to get my order? TOP
Each of our items is handmade, and custom-made based on your individual order. Your order will be shipped within 5 – 7 days of processing. Wholesale orders may take longer, due to their larger quantity.
How much will it cost to ship my order? TOP
Shipping and handling charges are listed below:
1 baby wipe container = $5.00 shipping/handling
2-3 baby wipe containers = $7.00 shipping/handling
4 baby wipe containers = $9.00 shipping/handling
More than Four... To Be Determined by weight of package
What is your return and/or exchange policy? TOP
Here at Girl, That's Cute customer satisfaction is your main priority. Each item is custom made for each customer and as a result we don't accept returns. We will be glad to make an exchange to any item you are not completely satisfied with. All items must be returned to Girl, That's Cute within 14 days of the shipping date in unused condition with original tags and packaging.
Return shipping must be prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. You will be charged shipping to send the new item back to you.
